2. Opening an Account and Registrations
2.1. Registration is prohibited for US, Turkey, Israel, and Singapore residents as well as for residents of any other country where local laws prohibit. 2.8. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before deducting the fee to remind you that your account has been inactive and that the Inactive Account Fee is due.
2.9. Accounts do not accrue interest.
2.10. No employees, executives, administrators, managers, consultants, agents, affiliated companies, suppliers or sellers, or anyone else who has access to inside information, may participate in any of the Games during their term of employment and/or engagement.. Relatives of these parties shall not be allowed to use the Software directly or indirectly unless specifically approved by us to play on the Internet Site through written authorisation. . If this clause is breached, we reserve the right to close the Account immediately and to cancel payment on any gain. 3. Account Verification

4. Account closure

You are entitled to close your account and cancel this Arrangement at any point by contacting Us via the Contact Us page of the Help Center or by email, and we will reply within a fair amount of time. The Client is responsible for the activity on the Account until we have confirmed the closing of the Account.
4.2. In the event of cancellation of the Player’s Account, a Player shall be permitted to withdraw any balances exceeding withdrawal fees, in line with our Withdrawal policy.
5. Misuse of the Website

6.10. Refuse service to anonymous accounts or accounts with fake identities so that the true beneficial owner is not recognized; do not accept cash from Players;
6.11. In case the Company becomes aware that a person has given false information and/or provided incorrect or forged documentation, the Company shall immediately terminate the registration of that person as a Client with the Company and report to appropriate authorities.
6.12. We do not accept cash and/or wire transfers from Players.
7.1. Transactions may appear as Prisma Solutions.
7.2. We ensure the confidentiality of all financial records on the Client and financial documents, whether they relate directly or indirectly to the transactions affected between the Client and us or between us and the tax authorities.
7.3. Funds deposited in the Account shall be made available for use within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the money (or sooner, when possible). The twenty-four (24) hour time period specifically excludes the time required by the financial institution or other payment providers to process the transaction.
7.4. We reserve the right to set a minimum and maximum amount of funds that must be deposited per transaction. The amounts can be adjusted at our discretion.
7.5. Your player account balance will be kept in G. Additionally, you may be able to deposit using other currencies, as supported by the Company at that time.
7.6. You may choose to process your deposit in an alternative currency, as offered by the Company at the time. 7.13. You guarantee not to make any chargebacks and/or renounce or cancel or reverse any of your due payments, including deposits made to your account.

In the event that you pursue a chargeback, the casino reserves the right to close your account, pursue legal action to recover the funds that you are claiming to charge.The client is responsible to reimburse the casino with any costs or expenditures that we might incur as a result. We reserve the right to report the matter to police and relevant local authorities if we suspect chargeback fraud.
8. Promotions and Bonuses
8.1. Parts of the Internet Site may from time to time contain competitions, promotions or similar and related activities offered by us or by third parties, including bonus credits to your Account.
8.2. We retain the right to remove, alter or add competitions, promotions, or similar and related activities on the Internet Site without responsibility towards the Player.

8.6. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, the Terms of Participation will prevail.
9. Betting rules
9.1. It is the Player’s responsibility to know the rules of the game where he is placing wager.
9.2. The Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses for irregular play or additional betting rules described in Terms & Conditions.
9.3. "Irregular play" includes, inter alia:
9.3.1. Placing bets or Purchasing in-game features including but not limited to free spins equal with the “total value” greater than or equal to 30% (thirty percent) of the smallest deposit in play.

10. Withdrawal Limits
10.1. Withdrawal requests will be limited to a maximum of £5,000 per thirty (30) day period. Any requests exceeding these amounts will be declined, and the funds will be returned to your Account balance. You may then place a new withdrawal request in-line with this limit.

10.3. The accounts with enforced deposit limits are limited to withdraw upto x5 of the deposit limit amount not exceeding £5,000.00 per thirty day period.
10.4. If the cumulative amount of a player's deposit is equal to or less than £ 200, the player will be limited to withdrawing up to x10 the amount of the most recent deposit. The provision is also enforceable if additional deposits are made by the player with the aim to circumvent this clause.
10.5. Free bonus / No Deposit Bonus - The player is allowed to withdraw a maximum £50 from no deposit bonus. If the player did not make a deposit within the last 45 days from the withdrawal request, a minimum of £50 deposit is required to withdraw the free bonus.
10.6. Shall you receive any bonus on your deposit you will be limited cash out twenty (20) times the deposit amount you have made to claim the bonus.
10.7. The maximum cashout is 10x the sum of the comp points received and not exceeding the 1000 EUR, any funds over the maximum cashable amount will be removed automatically on cashout.
10.8. All Cash Back bonus wins are limited to x10 of the smallest cashback bonus credited to the player.

11. Withdrawal Policy
11.1. Withdrawals are limited to a maximum of £5,000 per thirty (30) days period. Any request exceeding the limit will be removed and returned to the player’s balance.
11.2. The method of payment will depend on the methods used to deposit on your player account, the casino will either reverse your deposits to the original deposit source or the funds will be sent by Wire Transfer to your bank account.
11.3. You may at any time request a payout from the existing balance of your Account in whole or in part provided that all payments have been confirmed and all amounts deposited, and all other terms and conditions have been met.

12. Refund Policy
12.1. The refund fee is 5% of the total transaction amount with a minimum of £5 per transaction.
12.2. The Client is obligated to contact the Casino and state a reason before to initiate a refund request.
12.3. The Casino is under no obligation to refund any deposits.

14. Game Cancellation
14.1. We reserve the right to cancel any of the Games, whether prior to the start or during the continuance of the Games.
14.2. If a Game is cancelled before the actual start of that Game is officially announced on the Internet Site, the Player’s buy-in and entry fee will be returned to the Player’s Account and the Player will be returned to his former status.
14.3. 15. Results of Games
15.1. In the event that a conflict arises where the result of a game displayed on this website is different from the information held in our servers then you accept that the information held by us on our server takes precedence. You accept that any case in which this occurs will be resolved only by the checking of information held in our server. The results of checking this information are completely binding.

16. Complaints and Customer Support

16.5. The Customer hereby agrees and recognizes that any complaint or dispute submitted by the Client after than 14 days completion of the transaction which is the subject of the claim in question will not be taken into account and will have no merit.
16.6. The Casino does not find any claims or disputes relating to games to be legitimate until those games are explicitly recorded in the Company's database records.
16.7. We may, in our absolute discretion, decide to take action against any party suspected of having committed unlawful acts or suspected of elicit activity or of intending to breach the provisions of this Agreement.
17. Software, End-User License
17.1. You accept that every game and the result and/or outcome of every game is decided by the True Random Number Generator (“TRNG”).
17.2. By playing on the Internet Site, you are permitted a personal non-exclusive , non-transferable license to use the Program in compliance with these T&Cs and with the provisions in this section.

18. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability Warranties, Representations and Disclaimers

19. Damages and Loss
19.1. You agree that we are not liable for any harm, direct or unintentional damage suffered by you or any other entity as a result of your use of the Internet Site and the Software. 19.4. 20. Limitation of Liability before a Court of Law

It is your obligation to uninstall our software from your device and stop using the provided software and services in all its forms upon termination of this agreement.The customer shall delete all records and documents related to this website which is under its control and/or power.
21.3. Obligations between parties of this agreement will be deemed void upon termination of this agreement unless any rights or obligations were accepted additionally as part of an agreement including the termination of this agreement.
21.4. As soon as this agreement is cancelled, we are legally obliged to reimburse any funds owed to you by us after deducting any funds owed to us by you, for whatever reason. If an account has been closed and agreement terminated due to a failed security review, then we will consider any funds held in the account to be forfeited.
21.5. The Casino has the right to terminate this Agreement at any moment on notice (or attempted notice) to the Client at the E-mail address that was provided to the Company.
22. Miscellaneous Provisions, Intellectual Property
22.1. The Internet Site is intended solely for personal and non-commercial use by Clients. In any event, no one is authorized to copy, modify, tamper with, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, transfer, upload, download or otherwise alter the content of our Internet Site.
22.2. Unauthorized usage of content on the Internet Site, including the Software, Including the design, is violation of existing intellectual property rights within the EU.
23. Type of Relationship
23.1. The Agreement and Terms of Condition are not intended to create any partnership, agency or joint venture between the Company and the Clients.
24. Breach of Agreement
24.1. In accepting the terms of this Agreement, you are bound to integrally indemnify us, to defend us and to exonerate us, on demand of any complaint, responsibility, damage, loss, cost or expense, including, but not limited to, all legal or other fees that we shall bear as a result of breach of this Agreement, a violation of these T&Cs, laws, rules and or rights or of those of a third party, to any use of the service and/or Software with your Login and Password, whether it be with your knowledge or without it, as well as any acceptance of profit on your part.
24.2. Without prejudice to the generality of the preceding clause should a claim be brought against us as a result of actions performed by you, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all damages, losses and expenses of any kind related to such claim.
24.3. If you fail to adhere to any of the conditions of this Agreement or if we reasonably suspect that you are failing to comply with any of the conditions of this Agreement, we reserve the right, and all remedies at its disposition, and at its sole discretion, to:
24.3.1. block all your Accounts and will have the right of bring a suit against you and at its sole discretion
24.3.2. withhold any deposits made by you and/or any winnings due to you by us and take necessary action as is allowed by law to have the Company indemnified.
24.3.3. Block all of your Accounts and possibly take legal action against you depending on the severity of the situation.

25. Legal Compliance

26.1. If any provision within this agreement is held by a relevant court of law or other relevant authority to be void or unenforceable then the remainder of this agreement will remain strictly valid and enforced including the remainder of the affected provision of this agreement.
27. Headings and Interpretation
